Please allow us 3-4 business days to process your order. Standard shipping is 2-5 business days. When package arrives to postal service a tracking number will be sent to your email. We ask that once you receive your tracking number that you monitor it to avoid your package from being stolen or lost.

We do provide FREE local pickup for Albany natives. We ask that you give us 24 hours to notify you with pick up arrangements. If you select local pick up and your location is not in the Albany region we will cancel your order and issue a refund and we will not send it out due to wrong selection at checkout.
